Are you seeking a Wedding Officiant OR the services of a Wedding Day Coordinator? Either way, I'll want to check my calendar first to see if I'm available to be of service to you on your wedding day. Please share date/time/location of your ceremony and reception. Do you live local (Bay Area) or will this be a destination wedding?
As an officiant, I'll also ask whether or not you have any rituals or cultural traditions you'd like to include in your ceremony, like a: San San Kudo? Celtic handfasting? Cord and veil? Tea ceremony? Breaking the Glass? Jumping the Broom? Do you intend to write your own vows? Do you want a poem or reading included? Whether or not you'd like me to facilitate your rehearsal and more.
In my role as coordinator, my services are best matched for the DIY Bride or Groom who need an event coordination professional--either for a few hours to help with tasks leading up to your big day or a start-to-finish Wedding Event Manager to manage all the moving parts of your wedding day and work with the professional service providers you've hired--photographer, bakery, florist, lighting specialist, DJ, caterer and more.
The most frequently asked question I get is, "Can we meet before we make a decision?" My response is a resounding "yes"! In fact, I think it's the best way to assess whether or not the wedding professionals you are considering are a good match for you. We can meet in person or utilize Skype or Facetime.
FIRST: Call, text or email me to ensure your wedding date and time are available on my calendar.
NEXT: We'll sync calendars to schedule a meeting. If you live locally, we'll meet at a mutually convenient location, like a Starbucks or equivalent. I meet couples at locations throughout the Bay Area--South Bay, Peninsula, East Bay, or SF--week days, evenings or week-ends. We'll discuss your vision, venue and share info. There is NO charge for this meeting, even if you decide to work with someone else. For more info, click here.
I invite you to contact me so we can discuss your needs and determine how best I can be of service to you!
